I've had already a wrestling Remus, a transformed/howling Remus and an almost-snarling Remus, but I wanted to draw a real "Lupin professor" with his trademark vague smile :)

I am filled with love and jealousy. But more love

The colors, the lighting, the ADORABLE MAN! (werewolf...guy)
My favorite part has to be the hands, definately, but I also adore the background. It has enough detail in it to let you know *where* he is (castle window, old bookshelves) which sets the scene very nicely without drawing attention away from the subject of the picture. I always look for backgrounds in images (especially since I tend to be very lazy when it comes to them) and you have a perfect balance in yours. Kudos, kudos.

Thank you so much :)
This pic was somehow experimental, cause I'm just learning yet how to do this kind of coloring. I'm really glad you like him... :D

so I asked for a small, slow one :O_o:

Well you're learning very quickly!

OMG. That's amazing. :wow:

His expression is perfect, as are the streaks of grey in his hair. What I like best about your Lupin is the fact that his eyes look dangerous and therefore form a wonderful contradiction to his usual gentle demeanor.
Another thing are the hands - they could easily be part of a classical painting. Actually, were you inspired by one of them?
Finally, the Grindylows: she isn't only talented, she's got imagination as well! Love your version of them :)

May I ask what kind of medium you use to colour your pictures? I'm always curious about those things ;)

Really, all this time I've been searching for the "perfect" Lupin who fit the one I had in my head while reading. I've finally found him and thank you for sharing this masterpiece

P.S. Needless to say that this is going to my favourites, is it? ;)
